Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage the full recruitment and selection process in line with the company’s hiring strategy
  • Post job advertisements, schedule interviews, and conduct candidate interviews
  • Screen applicants via email and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Maintain and regularly update the candidate database, tracking hired and rejected applicants
  • Perform candidate profiling and propose hiring or training recommendations
  • Conduct onboarding interviews, exit interviews, and analyze reasons for employment termination
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the candidate experience
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Actively research the labor market within the BPO industry and keep up with competitor practices
  • Propose improvements and innovations in recruitment processes based on market trends
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives through recruitment efforts
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates via LinkedIn and other professional platforms
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and define job requirementsAnalyze information about new clients to tailor the recruitment approach accordingly
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal procedures and labor regulations
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior recruiters
  • Report directly to the Recruitment Manager and/or HR Manager

Requirements:
  • University degree (Level VII or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and candidate selection
  • Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in conducting interviews, writing reports, and managing recruitment tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and analytical approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Skills Required

  • University degree at Level VII or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and candidate selection
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience conducting interviews, writing reports, and managing recruitment tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and analytical approach to work
