Join our Talent Acquisition team as the first Senior Recruiter and play a pivotal role in scaling the Félix engine! You will be the strategic talent partner responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring world-class professionals across our Compliance, Finance, Biz Ops, and Consumer Ops teams across both the US and Latin America markets.
Beyond filling key roles, you will be a strategic driver in maturing and scaling our talent attraction operations during the high-growth phase. You'll use data and market intelligence to advise teams on hiring decisions, coach interview panels, streamline workflows, and establish best-in-class recruitment practices. Operating with full ownership and autonomy, you will proactively spot talent gaps and architect robust pipelines to solve both our immediate hiring needs and our long-term organizational goals.
- Strategic Talent Partnership: Act as a trusted talent partner to the hiring managers across Compliance, Finance, Biz Ops, and Consumer Ops, utilizing deep market data to influence hiring decisions.
- Full-Cycle Execution: Fully own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for specialized business and regulatory roles across both the US and Latin America regions.
- Operational Scaling & Optimization: Continually audit and streamline our hiring workflows to eliminate friction, scale best-in-class talent practices, and improve overall hiring quality.
- Interview Coaching: Coach and upskill hiring managers and interview panels on unbiased evaluation and structural interviewing techniques to raise our talent bar.
- Data Hygiene: Treat our ATS (Gem) as a single source of truth. Build, analyze, and present pipeline data and talent market insights to proactively flag roadblocks and optimize conversion funnels.
- Proactive Pipeline Infrastructure: Operate with a high degree of autonomy to anticipate upcoming talent gaps, building continuous, passive pipelines for immediate and future organizational architecture.
- Candidate Experience Excellence: Ensure an insanely great, low-friction, and highly transparent candidate journey that protects and elevates our employer brand across regions.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record dedicated to Business, Finance, Compliance, or Strategy roles within hyper-growth startups or fast-paced fintech environments, or consultancy.
- Regional Expertise: Proven track record of successfully navigating and sourcing within talent markets across both the United States and Latin America, including a deep understanding of regional compensation expectations and local hiring nuances.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory for seamless stakeholder management and candidate evaluation across both regions.
- Executive Presence: Ability to collaborate without ego, push back constructively with data, and manage complex offer negotiations.
- ATS Mastery: Hands-on proficiency with modern recruiting tech stacks (experience with Gem is a plus) and a strict commitment to data integrity for pipeline metrics.
- Endless Curiosity: A natural desire to deeply understand the regulatory, compliance, and operational mechanics of our business to pitch the Félix vision authentically.

Skills Required
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Business, Finance, Compliance, or Strategy roles within hyper-growth startups, fintech, or consultancy.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring across the United States and Latin America with knowledge of regional compensation and hiring nuances.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex offer negotiations.
- Hands-on proficiency with modern recruiting tech stacks and strict commitment to ATS data integrity.
- Experience with Gem (ATS).
- Strong ability to use data and market intelligence to advise hiring decisions and build talent pipelines.
