The Senior Recruiter holds a pivotal role in driving organizational success by identifying, attracting and hiring top tier global talent. Serving as a collaborative business partner, the incumbent will be responsible for executing recruiting efforts in partnership with hiring leaders that ensure we are finding and selecting the right people to grow our business.
You’ll partner closely with HR Business Partners in developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies that fuse external recruitment efforts with internal talent development initiatives, all while ensuring an inclusive and exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is results driven, a resilient problem solver, and has strong interpersonal skills leveraging their deep expertise to influence leaders. In addition to full cycle recruitment efforts, our Senior Recruiter has responsibility for a core capability of the Talent Acquisition function such as data & reporting, ATS oversight, recruitment marketing programs or other capabilities as needed.

What You Will Do at Graco
- Manage the full cycle recruitment processes to efficiently fill open positions - creating job postings, sourcing passive candidates, screening/interviewing, and negotiating employment offers.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to hiring managers, driving proactive talent conversations through the use of data and insights to inform strategy, improve process efficiency, and influence stakeholders.
- Serve as a key partner in driving employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in a competitive talent market.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout all stages of the recruiting process for all assigned positions.
- Build inclusive, high performing candidate pipelines through targeted networking opportunities and organizational partnerships. May work with staffing agencies to fill hard to fill positions working to ensure the agency provides quality candidates and has top notch communication standards and practices.
- Ensure that the company’s recruiting process is executed with high quality, compliance, and professionalism at every step to deliver a world-class candidate experience reflective of Graco’s mission and values at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR Partners, People Operations, Total Rewards) to support seamless hiring and onboarding processes and to align recruitment with broader talent strategies.

What You Will Bring to Graco
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Broad experience (7+ years) in full-cycle recruitment in fast paced environment with a mix of Corporate and Agency preferred
- preferably in a manufacturing and/or technical sales environment with 4 years of recruiting for the professional level, management, and sales positions. Experience with International recruitment experience preferred.
- Deep expertise in sourcing, recruitment marketing, employment law and talent technology ecosystems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn, etc.).
- High sense of urgency with proven ability to effectively navigate shifting priorities.
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively, both orally and in writing, with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen eye to flawless execution - Highly accountable with impeccable attention to detail.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
