The Role
We are growing fast and need a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across all departments -from engineering and operations to commercial and corporate functions within Latvia and US Operations. You will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, shape our talent acquisition processes, and help build the team that is redefining wind energy maintenance.
• Own the full hiring cycle from brief to offer, spanning multiple countries and business functions.
• Keep talent pipelines warm and well-stocked so we are never starting from scratch when a new role opens.
• Hunt for great people before we need them - through LinkedIn, communities, events, referrals, and channels others have not thought of yet.
• Get deep into each team's reality: what they're building, who they need, what the market looks like, and what it will take to close.
• Keep the process moving - push back when needed, align stakeholders, and ensure every candidate gets a clear and timely experience.
• Grow our presence in the talent communities that matter - universities, professional networks, and niche industry circles across our key markets.
• Put Aerones on the map as a destination employer - tell our story at events, online, and through every touchpoint candidate experience.
• Use data to understand what is working: time-to-fill, pipeline quality, source effectiveness - and act on what you find.
• Pitch in on HR team projects beyond recruiting - onboarding, engagement, culture-building - because great talent strategy goes beyond filling seats.
• Work closely with our HR team to move the needle on our broader people agenda as Aerones grows.
Requirements
• Several years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, internationally operating company.
• A history of hiring across borders - different countries, different functions, different talent landscapes.
• A real professional network you can activate, not just a high connection count.
• You spot opportunities and make moves - you do not wait to be told what to do next.
• Genuine enjoyment of building relationships - staying in people's orbit, not just filling roles and moving on.
• The backbone to hold your ground with a hiring manager moving too fast, and the patience to nudge one who is stalling.

What We Do
Aerones is an innovative company that has developed robotic technology for wind turbine blade maintenance services, such as: • Conductivity measurements and trouble-shooting; • Drainage hole cleaning; • External inspection of the wind turbine blades; • Internal inspection of the blades; • Blade & Tower cleaning; • Coating application on the leading edges; • Leading-edge repair. The technology in use is controlled remotely. In addition, it is compact and easily transportable. Aerones is the first company in the world to provide the services using robotic technology: the maintenance process does not require technicians to work in dangerous heights, and thus is much safer, more efficient, and the downtime of the turbines is decreased significantly.
