Key Responsibilities
- Strategically identify, target, and pre-screen candidates for client opportunities across practices nationally
- Utilize modern sourcing methods and platforms to find and engage both active and passive top talent
- Partner with account managers and team members to understand client hiring needs and develop effective talent strategies
- Manage the full candidate experience, including outreach, qualification, candidate submissions, interview coordination, feedback collection, and ongoing status communication
- Execute full lifecycle recruiting with an emphasis on accounting and finance placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, positioning yourself as a trusted talent advisor
- Leverage market insights and sourcing data to continuously refine pipelines and improve placement outcomes
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
- Proven track record executing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and onboarding support
- Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate, job order, and interview progress tracking
- Experience leveraging sourcing platforms and tools to attract both active and passive candidates
- Strong ability to build candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, referrals, data mining, and job boards
- Skilled in reviewing and formatting resumes for effective client presentation
- Preferred: Experience recruiting within the accounting and finance industry
- Preferred: US recruiting experience
- Preferred: Bullhorn ATS experience
- Preferred: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, or Dice
