What you will do at Topsort

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including inbound and outbound recruiting, using Wellfound, Linkedin Recruiter, Greenhouse, and various job boards.
  • Be a part of employer brand, you are the first person that candidates talk to, thus you must know all about Topsort product, company, mission, vision, and able to share with candidates.
  • Be a constant learner of new roles, industry trends, new industry.
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes including scheduling interviews, responding to candidates, making offers, aligning on start dates and negotiations.

What we expect from you

  • 2+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, startups, operations, customer success, or recruiting
  • Speed, ability to perform under pressure, thrive with challenges, patience and also excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English is a must, bonus point if you speak multiple languages!
