Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Talent Advisor - Southern Indiana to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Strong talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and selection expertise with a focus on delivering timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
Exceptional communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills that enable effective collaboration across diverse teams and audiences.
Proficiency in leveraging data, analytics, and business insights to drive decisions, measure success, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Preferred experience recruiting within unionized environments, including knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements and associated hiring practices.
Ability to assess candidates using structured selection methodologies while ensuring compliance and objective decision-making.
Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Skilled in developing and executing external talent sourcing strategies that attract diverse candidate populations.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities across multiple levels of the organization.
Demonstrated success applying data analytics and reporting to identify trends, measure recruiting effectiveness, and support business decisions.
Effective at leading with urgency, adapting to changing priorities, and managing multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
