In this role, you will support hiring across all of our Product Engineering teams — helping scale the teams building Airbnb’s product vision and future.

The Difference You Will Make:

As a Senior Recruiter, Product, you will be a key contributor in hiring specialized technical talent to support Engineering functions. You’ll work on senior roles across multiple levels and skill sets, delivering exceptional results with autonomy. As a trusted partner to hiring managers, Talent Partners, and Sourcers, you will provide high touch candidate experiences, guide strategic decisions with market and pipeline insights, and ensure every hire aligns with our long-term product and business goals.

Your work will reflect a relentless commitment to quality, and your ability to think proactively and systemically will help elevate the recruiting function as a whole.

A Typical Day: 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from initial outreach through offer, across multiple simultaneous searches
  • Deliver white glove candidate experiences throughout the process from first outreach to offer
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with thoughtful recommendations and talent insights
  • Leverage data, dashboards, and tools to inform hiring strategies, measure outcomes, and drive operational excellence
  • Partner with Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, and interviewers to ensure seamless process execution
  • Anticipate roadblocks or shifts in hiring priorities and provide proactive, forward-thinking solutions
  • Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance recruiting efficiency, speed, and quality
  • Represent Airbnb with integrity, professionalism, and a passion for our mission

Your Expertise:

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing technical talent
  • Proven success hiring across a range of seniority levels, including Staff-level and above
  • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, pipeline development, and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and influence senior stakeholders with business aligned recommendations
  • Passion for delivering high touch, white-glove candidate experiences
  • Track record of operational excellence, managing systems, data integrity, and reporting with precision
  • Hands on experience with Greenhouse, GEM, Airtable, and other recruiting tools is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We'll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

$139,000$163,000 USD
