AMN Healthcare is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Onsite Lead to support key client accounts by combining strategic recruiting with onsite leadership. In this hybrid role, you'll directly manage high-priority requisitions, partner with client stakeholders, and coach fellow recruiters to deliver high-quality placements that drive business results.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional client and candidate experience while aligning recruitment delivery with AMN’s service standards and market goals.
** Role will be onsite 2 days a week or more(as needed)
Must reside within 150 miles of Van Nuys, CA
Job Responsibilities :
Serve as the main recruitment contact for a group of high-impact requisitions, working onsite with clients 2–3 days per week.
Lead weekly client update calls, provide regular reporting, and participate in quarterly business reviews.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with HR partners, hiring managers, and executives to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Guide and support team members through coaching, mentorship, and modeling best-in-class recruiting practices.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using internal tools, job boards, social media, and client resources.
Collaborate with Recruitment Coordinators and teammates to prioritize efforts and meet recruitment targets.
Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders, clearly outlining their experience, credentials, and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Escalate and resolve challenges proactively, maintaining a focus on long-term client satisfaction.
Support internal collaboration with departments like Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to streamline recruiting operations and uncover business opportunities.
Help lead team training and communications around process updates and strategic initiatives.
Key Skills:
Strong client communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide leadership in a fast-paced environment
Experience mentoring or coaching other recruiters a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (UKG People preferred)
Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
Additional Experience
Recruiting, sales, sourcing, or equivalent experience in a service industry
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$28.25 - $35.25 HourlyFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
