BCM One is looking for a talented and driven Contract Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional talent that will take us into our next phase of growth.  Our success depends on bringing in the right people as we continue to invest in key strategic initiatives.  We’re looking to add a Contract Recruiter to our growing team to continue building high-performing teams. 

In this role, you’ll own the recruitment process from end to end —sourcing, screening, and securing top talent across a range of roles. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact by shaping the teams that will bring our growth strategy to life. 

Work Locations: 

This is a hybrid or remote optional position with the ability to be based out of one of the following office locations: Grand Rapids, Michigan, Herndon, Virginia, Alpharetta, Georgia, or Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.  This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship. Travel is not required.

Duration:

6 months to start; 40 hours per week

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for assigned roles. 
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. 
  • Proactively source passive talent through creative outreach and networking. 
  • Track progress and hiring metrics to ensure goals and timelines are met. 
  • Partner with HR to ensure seamless onboarding and alignment with company values and culture. 

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.  Telecommunications, SaaS and/or Sales recruiting is preferred. 
  • Proven success recruiting for strategic or hard-to-fill roles. 
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with business goals. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in an evolving, high-impact environment.
