As a Senior Reconciliation Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing reconciliation data management, reporting, and process optimization. This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data across our platform , payment methods, and bank statements. The Senior Analyst also collaborates closely with Reconciliation Analysts to identify and resolve discrepancies, enhance reconciliation workflows, and support continuous improvements in financial operations
Key Responsabilities
- Control and follow up to tickets management, periodic payment method reports, chargeback identification, transactional reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
- Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
- Account reconciliations such as bank, inventory control, clearing, billings etc.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all cash deposits to the bank(s)
- Assist auditors – internal and external – with documentation required for the auditors to do their job satisfactorily
- Perform the reconciliation and verification of accounts regarding cash at hand and cash at bank.
- Execute daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, audit, business or related careers.
- High proficiency in Excel
- High experience in reconciliations
- Advanced English level. B2
- Minimum three-year experience working in financial area (accounting, treasury, reconciliation)
- Good knowledge of accounting and bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of payment methods business.
