Senior Reconciliation Specialist (100%)

We are looking for a Senior Reconciliation Specialist who is eager to go beyond traditional reconciliations. In this role, you won’t just ensure accuracy in cash, securities, and crypto transactions — you’ll also help us build smarter, more automated processes that make life easier for our business.

What will your role be?

• Reconcile cash correspondent and internal accounts, securities positions, and cryptocurrency transactions.

• Manage Eurex and non-Eurex ETDs as well as OTC transactions and positions.

• Investigate, report, and escalate discrepancies with accuracy and speed.

• Drive process improvements by introducing automation and smarter workflows.

• Lead projects to simplify reconciliation processes and support new product rollouts.

What are we looking for?

• Strong Avaloq and Excel knowledge, with the ability to modernize processes beyond spreadsheets.

• Analytical mindset with a passion for simplifying complexity and improving efficiency.

• Solid numerical skills and accounting knowledge.

• At least 2 years’ experience in reconciliation.

• Degree in Banking & Finance.

• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable driving processes a step further.

• Fluency in German and English.

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Kafka or Tableau is a plus.
