Banking, Lending, & Trust (BL&T) unlocks access to Wells Fargo Bank products and services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families based on needs related to banking, custom lending, and trust services. These bank specialists leverage resources, valuable research, relationships, custom solutions, and highly tuned strategies to address clients' unique needs and aspirations.
BL&T further provides guidance on a variety of banking and fiduciary topics including investment management, general trust administration, specialty trusts, custody, tax, specialty assets, regulatory, privacy, ecommerce, deposit relationship and strategy, and business strategies. The section also provides support to the WIM Diverse Segments group, including WIM referral activity.
Trust Services Trust advisors discuss the needs of HNW and UHNW clients and provide personalized advice and wealth and asset management services, including:
• Personal trust services.
• Estate services.
• Philanthropic services.
• Closely held asset management.
• Real estate and loan asset management.
• Oil, gas and mineral management.
• Legacy trust services.
• Special needs trust services.
• Managed Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA).
In this role, you will:
- Support the Real Estate Asset Managers in the development and delivery of advice, client acquisition and relationship management
- Research and resolve moderate to highly complex account issues
- Fulfill real estate related transactions, distributions and compliance documentation
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Review risk management reports
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal and external customers
- 2+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Wealth management experience, preferred custom banking knowledge and client services
- Experience supporting and maintaining wealth credit portfolio management accounts
- Ability to provide administrative support, including responding to prospect/customer inquiries and requests for information
- Experience handling complex transactions on multiple systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong data entry and attention to detail skills
- Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to develop and manage business relationships
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data
- Ability to process complex transactions across multiple systems
- Knowledge CATools (Credit Analysis Tool), AFS, and Hogan
- Tableau experience
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
