We're seeking a Senior React Native Engineer to join our team in Belgrade, Celje, Ljubljana, Maribor, Prishtina, or Sarajevo.

• Building an industry-leading fitness application utilizing over-the-air deployment architecture to deliver bug fixes to users within minutes;
• Implementing a highly interactive shoe trading mobile marketplace while integrating third-party services such as chat and content verification;
• Updating a mobile app for a grocery retailer with a focus on app performance, simplifying workflows, and going the extra mile with providing custom native widgets.

Job tasks include

• Developing React Native (Expo) based applications for both iOS and Android;
• Ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
• Coordinate project development with the client's timeline;
• Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to facilitate your development process;
• Continually discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  

What we would like to see

• 5+ years of experience in mobile or web development, of which 3 years with React Native;
• Firm grasp of the React and TypeScript;
• Attention to detail with implementing the designs and following best practices with design systems;
• Strong grasp of mobile UI/UX design principles and guidelines to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Ability to work closely with designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly layouts;
• Good understanding of Android and iOS internals, as well as using Xcode and Android Studio to build native module extensions;
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Expo Application Services or any other service;
• Adaptability and proficiency in tool usage;
• Interest in staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends;
• Great communication and team management skills;
• A humble attitude with a team-first mindset.
