We are actively recruiting for several Medior Operations Coordinator positions at STC, reflecting our ongoing growth at the Slovenia hub. Since opening our new office in Ljubljana in the summer of 2023, this location has become a key center of expertise and expansion within STC’s global operations. What you will be doing
As a Medior Operations Coordinator, you will act as the central point of coordination, taking ownership of complex logistics processes and leading the resolution of operational challenges. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, monitor import documentation, manage invoices, and ensure compliance with both internal and external safety standards. In this role, you’ll proactively identify and solve problems, collaborating closely with Operations Team Leads and supporting local operational teams to drive results and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service by managing relationships with customers and suppliers, and acting as a reliable point of contact.
• Oversee the whole import process from start to finish, ensuring that each step runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and complies with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely issue and payment of carrier waybills.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and enter required data on reservation lists for transport coordinators.
• Communicate effectively with the EMEA Operations department and other teams.

• Bachelor`s degree and fluency in English is mandatory. Good command of French is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively gather information to suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to actively engage in problem resolution with a capacity to think critically and meticulous attention to details.
