As a Senior React Native Engineer, you will own the entire mobile surface area of a voice-first AI product. You'll solve complex audio engineering challenges and craft premium, native-feel interactions that benchmark against Apple-grade quality. Joining an elite team from Uber and Cash App, you'll apply general intelligence to revolutionize human connection.

What you will do:

• Own the full mobile surface including voice interaction flows, matching UX, and real-time state management.

• Solve complex audio engineering problems such as streaming, silence detection, and graceful degradation for voice AI.

• Collaborate deeply with design to translate high-fidelity intent into fluid animations and gesture-responsive interfaces.

The ideal candidate:

• Extensive experience shipping high-quality React Native consumer products where mobile craft and performance were existential to retention.

• Deep technical background in audio, voice, or real-time media features like WebRTC, recording, and streaming playback.

• Proven track record as an early engineer (employee 1-30) at growth-stage companies like Clubhouse, Discord, or Tinder.
