Job Description
What you will be doing as Head of R&D Project Management:
- Managing and coordinate R&D projects for developing new products (ESL, infrastructure,…)
- Supporting other departments (Procurement/Production/Quality/Support) with R&D related topics
- Supporting/Coordinating development of new products for ESL market
Qualifications
Education:
- University or University of Applied Sciences for electronics or software engineering
- Project management (IPMA, Scrum,…) training recommended but not required
Experience:

Work experience (>5y) as engineer or technical project manager in the field of software or electronics essential

Proficiency in the tools, technologies, and methodologies relevant to the industry
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Encouraging innovation and implementing new ideas and technologies
- Ensuring that projects meet the highest quality standards
- Aligning R&D projects with the company's long-term goals and strategies

A minimum basic salary of EUR 4.215 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
