You will analyze quality performance metrics, drive excursion mitigation, improve sampling strategies, and collaborate across global teams to identify and resolve process anomalies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a global impact through technical leadership, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality control systems, sampling strategies, SPC compliance, and Wafer at Risk (WaR) processes for RDA and Metrology
- Analyze defect and process data to identify anomalies, drive excursion mitigation, and improve defect detection effectiveness
- Conduct audits, FMEA activities, and quality assessments while recommending and implementing process improvements
- Define program health metrics, monitor chronic and repeat defect events, and communicate results to stakeholders
- Collaborate with global manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams to align best-known methods and support technology transfers
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RDA, HVM, TD, or a 300mm semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Minimum 5 years of semiconductor fabrication process experience, including process mechanisms and manufacturing tool sets
- Experience analyzing manufacturing data, investigating process anomalies, and supporting process control or quality initiatives
- Strong technical, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with metrology, defect inspection, or RDA-related semiconductor processes
- Knowledge of data analysis, scripting, coding, or other data manipulation techniques
- Experience performing root cause analysis, anomaly investigations, and process improvement projects
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, solve complex technical problems, and collaborate across global teams
- Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives
