We are looking for a highly skilled Senior R Developer & Data Scientist to join our team. This role is a blend of R programming and Data Science, requiring expertise in R & R-Shiny development alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Description
- Develop, optimize, and maintain R & R-Shiny applications for data visualization and analysis.
- Design and implement data science models to extract insights and drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop analytical solutions.
- Ensure code quality and maintain version control using Git.
- Follow best practices in the software development life cycle to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprints, reviews, and stand-up meetings.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to data processing, analysis, and application performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in R programming, including R-Shiny development.
- Strong understanding of data science techniques, machine learning algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong communication skills to present insights and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Additional Information
R Programming – Strong proficiency in developing and optimizing code.
Data Science – Experience preferred, ideally in the medical field.
