How you’ll make an impact
- As Senior System Test Team member, perform exploration tests and develop automated tests in Python
- Implement functional and non-functional tests
- Take part in the development and automation of test procedures and frameworks
- Create efficient test strategies and test infrastructure ensuring alignment with project goals and technical requirements
- Contribute to laboratory expansion by installing and configuring network equipment
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, quality experts, product owners, domain experts and system architects
- Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements, create and maintain test documentation including test plans and test reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes and tools
- Support the adoption of QA best practices and mentor team members in test methodologies across SAFe/SCRUM R&D teams
- Focusing on safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
- BSc or MSc degree in IT, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics or similar area
- At least 5+ years of experience in Python testing
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks including Pytest and UI test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright)
- Experience with Linux systems, Bash, Git, virtualization, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
- Network management skills, e.g. VLANs configuration, understanding of TCP/IP stack or communication protocols (e.g. SNMP, MPLS), testing network management software is an advantage
- Experience with laboratory test equipment is and advantage
- Ability to work independently, solutions-oriented approach, willingness to learn and strong communication skills with spoken and written English
