In this role, you'll drive the execution of our global roadmap, collaborating with AI experts, design specialists, and manufacturing teams. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You'll Make an Impact
Lead global and cross-functional AI/ML projects with varying complexity.
Develop and oversee R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with AI strategy.
Ensure projects follow Hitachi Energy's internal directives and external standards.
Provide technical support and manage relationships with third-party providers.
Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
Identify, contain, and reduce project risks.
Ensure customer satisfaction by considering their requirements and demands.
Conduct post-project evaluations and share lessons learned.
Your Background
BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline with 5+ years of related experience; OR MS/PhD in a related field.
Proven experience in managing AI/ML technical projects.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and solve problems independently.
Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
