As an R&D program manager you will:
- Lead strategic, cross-functional programs across multiple R&D divisions — ensuring alignment to business priorities, clarity of execution, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data, identifying friction points, and implementing scalable, pragmatic solutions that enhance R&D effectiveness and delivery speed.
- Design, refine, and institutionalize best practices for planning, execution, and collaboration across R&D — ensuring consistency without sacrificing agility.
- Coach and enable teams to adopt new methodologies, tools, and processes — translating frameworks into real behaviors that drive measurable improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership to define program goals, track progress, and communicate insights and recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
- Foster strong stakeholder alignment by maintaining transparent communication across engineering teams, product, and executive leaders, ensuring shared understanding and ownership of outcomes.

QualificationsWhat you know:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a program manager in R&D, preferably in a global SaaS company.
- Proven track record of successfully driving large complex initiatives, leading change management, and implementing SDLC process improvements end to end, while being detail-oriented and maintaining accuracy
- Strong understanding of R&D methodologies and tools, product development life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making and process optimization.
