Provide technical leadership and help raise engineering standards across the team

Build, enhance, and support quantitative research tools
Help Quant Researchers bring trading strategies into production
Continuously evolve the team’s software platform to meet changing business needs

5–10 years of quant development experience
High standards for code quality, testing, and maintainable software design
Strong Python development skills and proficiency with agentic software development
