You’ll partner with diverse colleagues, guide quality professionals, and influence continuous improvement initiatives that make a lasting impact.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies and plans.
Define standards and specifications for manufacturing and assembly processes.
Report internally on quality activities, progress, and key outcomes.
Use data-driven insights to guide decisions and improve processes.
Lead, mentor, and support quality professionals.
Deliver training and workshops to elevate quality awareness.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams on customer-specific requirements.
Ensure adherence to all external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in quality processes and business operations.
Certification or demonstrated experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Strong communication abilities with skill in influencing across teams.
Proven capability to respond to and resolve quality issues effectively.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
