- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and plans.
- Establish standards and specifications for manufacturing/assembly processes.
- Provide internal reporting on quality assurance activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Manage and mentor quality professionals.
- Conduct training programs and workshops to promote quality awareness.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address customer-specific quality requirements.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality processes and business operations.
- Certification or experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
- Proven ability to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
