Als Operations Quality Senior Quality Partner sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, sicherzustellen, dass Ihre Beiträge auf eine Weise erbracht werden, die unseren Verpflichtungen gegenüber einander und den We@Roche Diagnostic Commitments gerecht wird. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, Ihre Fähigkeiten aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln, um dem Team, den Kunden und den Patienten mehr beizutragen. Sie wenden neue Ansätze zur Verbesserung Ihrer Arbeit an, um die Produktivität zu steigern, Kosten zu senken oder erheblichen Compliance-Problemen in Ihrem Einflussbereich entgegenzuwirken. Sie arbeiten als strategischer Geschäftspartner, um Barrieren zwischen Organisationen (intern und extern) abzubauen, was zur Entwicklung und Produktion sicherer, qualitativ hochwertiger Produkte und Dienstleistungen führt, die den Kundenanforderungen während des gesamten Lebenszyklus entsprechen. Sie überschreiten Grenzen, um intelligente, risikobasierte Compliance-Prozesse zu ermöglichen und umzusetzen, die zu schneller und effizienter Innovation führen.

Was Sie erwartet

• Sie treiben Geschäftsergebnisse und Kundennutzen voran, indem Sie die erforderlichen Aktivitäten zur Erreichung der Q&R-Ziele und -Vorgaben unabhängig durchführen. Sie sind in der Lage, Verbesserungen zu identifizieren und durch Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem Manager umzusetzen.

• Sie agieren als Coach für Kollegen mit weniger Erfahrung und helfen ihnen, Fähigkeiten/Fachkenntnisse zu entwickeln.

• Sie verfassen und überprüfen Dokumentationen wie erforderlich, um Änderungen zu unterstützen, und führen technische Überprüfungen durch, soweit anwendbar. Dies kann eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorgesetzten bei technisch komplexen Überprüfungen erfordern.

• Sie bereiten Dokumentationen vor und nehmen gegebenenfalls an Audits teil. Sie sind in der Lage, auftretende Probleme zu beheben, Lösungen zu entwickeln und eigenständig umzusetzen, um sicherzustellen, dass die tägliche Arbeit ohne Beeinträchtigung der Compliance erledigt wird. Sie kommunizieren bedeutende Qualitäts- oder Regulierungsprobleme und Risiken, die die Produktqualität oder die Regulierungscompliance beeinträchtigen könnten, zeitnah an das obere Management.

• Sie fördern die Arbeit der Netzwerke, treffen Abwägungen und brechen Silos auf. Sie initiieren Aktivitäten eigenständig und interagieren abteilungsübergreifend, soweit anwendbar.

• Sie stärken und befähigen die Netzwerke, indem Sie starke Partnerschaften mit Kollegen und Geschäftspartnern pflegen, um eine Abstimmung rund um strategische Projekte und tägliche Aktivitäten sicherzustellen. Sie bauen eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung auf.

• Sie ermöglichen die Neuen Arbeitsweisen der Organisation und fungieren als Vorbild für Agile Leadership-Verhalten sowie für unsere Kultur, Mentalität und Verhalten, wie in den Diagnostics Operating Principles definiert.

Wer Sie sind

• Sie haben einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Lebenswissenschaften, Datenwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet oder gleichwertige Erfahrung. Sie haben möglicherweise eine Ausbildung als Techniker oder Laborant abgeschlossen oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation für die Aufgaben.

• Sie haben 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung und werden als Experte auf Ihrem Fachgebiet anerkannt.

• Sie haben in mehr als einer Funktion im Qualitätsmanagement gearbeitet und möglicherweise auch außerhalb des Qualitätsmanagements gearbeitet. Sie können hochkomplexe und/oder globale Projekte managen oder verfügen über gleichwertige Erfahrung.

Sie haben einen Vertrag am Standort Mannheim.

Nach Ermessen könnte im Falle außergewöhnlicher Umstände eine Ausnahme von der Standortanforderung gemacht werden (Relocation Support ist für diese Stelle jedoch nicht verfügbar).

As an Operations Quality Senior Quality Partner you are accountable for ensuring your contributions are delivered in a way that lives up to our commitments to each other and the We@Roche Diagnostic Commitments.   You are responsible for building and developing your capabilities to contribute more to the team, customers and patients. You apply new approaches to improving your work to increase productivity, reduce costs or mitigate significant compliance issues within your area of influence.  You work as a strategic business partner to help break down silos between organizations (internal and external) all which lead to developing and producing safe, quality products and services that meet customer requirements throughout the entire lifecycle.  You push the boundaries to enable and implement smart, risk-based compliant processes that result in quick and efficient innovation.

Your Opportunity

• You drive business results and customer value by performing activities as required to meet Q&R goals and objectives independently.   You are able to identify improvements and implement through collaboration with your manager.  

• You act as a coach for colleagues with less experience and help the develop skills/expertise.

• You document authoring and review as required to support changes and perform technical reviews, as applicable.  This may require collaboration with supervisor on technically complex technical reviews.

• You prepare documentation for and participate in audits as applicable. You are able to troubleshoot issues as they arise, develop and independently implement solutions to ensure that daily work is completed without jeopardizing compliance. You communicate significant quality or regulatory issues and risks that may impact product quality or regulatory compliance in a timely manner to Executive Management.

• You advance the work of the Networks, making tradeoffs and breaking silos. You initiate activities independently and initiate interactions across departments as applicable. 

• Empower and enable the Networks by maintaining strong partnerships with colleagues and business partners to assure alignment around strategic projects and day-to-day activities. You build a culture of continuous improvement.

• You enable the organization’s New Ways of Working and act as role-model for Agile Leadership behaviors, as well as for our culture, mindset & behaviors as defined in Diagnostics Operating Principles.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master degree in Life Science, Data Science or related subject, or equivalent experience. You may have completed training as a technician or laboratory technician; or equivalent qualification for the tasks.

• You have 3 - 5 years of experience and are recognized as an expert in your own job discipline.

• You have worked in more than one function within quality management and may have worked outside of quality management.  You can manage highly complex and/or global projects, or equivalent experience.

Locations

You are based in Mannheim.
