  • Lead quality assurance for data centre construction including structural steel, M&E installations, torque-controlled assemblies, FAT/SAT, and final handover.
  • Lead the strategy and execution for digitalisation of all inspection and test data, replacing paper-based systems with robust, traceable digital solutions.
  • Define requirements for digital inspection tools, data capture systems, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Ensure inspection and test data is accurate, auditable, secure, and available in real time to stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

  •  Senior quality management experience in automotive, mission-critical construction, or heavy industrial environments.

  •  Strong hands-on experience with automotive quality tools.

  • Proven experience in data centre construction quality.

  • Demonstrated experience leading or implementing digital quality or inspection systems.

  • Proven ability to manage customers directly in high-pressure, technically complex environments.

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline.

  • Lead Auditor qualification desirable.

Within 3 months, you’ll:

  • Complete your Atkore immersion program.
