Job Description
- Must have skills Needed:Proven experience in test automation frameworks and scripting (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript). Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and cloud-based testing. Expertise in Non-Functional Testing (performance, security, accessibility).Test Automation using Playwright - strong proficiency in designing, building and maintaining automation frameworks and test suites using PlaywrightAPI Testing
- Years of exp needed - 6 -12 years'Identifies shortcomings and suggests improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management programme with guidance from a project/programme manager.
- Highlights shortcomings and suggests improvements in current IT Security processes, systems and procedures within assigned unit and/or discipline.
- Delivers prescribed outcomes for area of responsibility by working within established knowledge management systems.
- Delivers outcomes by managing others and working within established systems.
- Sets short term objectives and helps manage the performance of direct reports by working within performance management systems.
- Explores issues and/or needs to establish potential causes, related issues and barriers.
- Defines, delivers, and adapts specialized products/services to meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.
- Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions.
- Delivers prescribed outcomes for area of responsibility by working within established strategic planning systems.
- Grows own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities and develops the capabilities of direct reports by working within existing development framework; provides specialised training or coaching in area of expertise to others throughout the organisation.
- Develops product specifications while designing testing procedures and standards.

Skills Required
- 6-12 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in test automation frameworks and scripting (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Strong proficiency with Playwright (designing, building, maintaining automation frameworks and test suites)
- API testing experience
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
- Experience with cloud-based testing
- Expertise in Non-Functional Testing: performance, security, accessibility
- Experience managing or mentoring direct reports and setting short-term objectives
- Ability to develop product specifications and design testing procedures and standards
- Familiarity with IT security processes, systems and procedures
