Role Overview
The Senior Quality Engineer role will monitor and improve the quality of Beehive Industries operational processes and outputs. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a world-class AM team in a company that offers stability and growth.
What You’ll Do...
- Developing and implementing quality standards on engine propulsion systems
- Developing and implementing quality control systems in an R&D/Production environment
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met using statistical analysis, process capability
- Collaborating with technicians, operations managers, and engineers to develop and implement controls and improvements
- Creating CoC’s, reviewing, and releasing products to defined requirements
- Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements

You have...
- A Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Mechanical, industrial or other relevant engineering degree or equivalent work experience
- General GD&T knowledge and experience reading and working with drawings, or blueprints
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role
- Experience creating Quality control plans, performing measurement system analysis and using data to drive process and continuous improvement
- Experience with using QA software tools and processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issues security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $110,000-$136,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
