Job Description

  

We are presently seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Engineer that will be responsible for deployment/sustaining of ISO9001, supporting manufacturing process improvements, and making a significant contribution to the strategic goal of quality improvement. This role will lead continuous efforts in meeting quality, cost, and on-time delivery while assuring customer expectations and supplier quality management.Your responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System, ISO 9001.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to staff on quality systems, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain an audit-ready facility at all times through diligent oversight and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to product quality, compliance, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of the quality control measures.
  • Lead external audits, with customers and registrars’ requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Lead Investigations and resolve customer quality concerns, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.
  • Compile, analyze and monitor data for trend analysis and implement improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
  • Review product lot deliverables and prepare data packages for customer approval.
Your requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in a Senior Quality position.
  • 5+ years of experience in an ISO9001 .
  • 7+ years of quality experience in manufacturing or similar industry type of environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).
  • Knowledge of electronic systems is a plus.
