What You Will Do

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty by integrating quality principles throughout the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading advanced quality planning to optimize processes and systems.
  • Conducting structured problem-solving and lean techniques for continual improvement.
  • Driving quality training, coaching, and audits to uphold standards.
  • Independently managing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications and technical standards.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish tasks and build relationships.

What You Will Bring

  • Required Education: Engineering Degree.
  • Required Certification: ASQ CQE required within 18 months of hiring.
  • Required Experience: 5-7 years of engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of formal RCA, tools 5Y or 8D.
  • Experience with robust corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, Pareto Analysis, Production Part Approval.
  • ISO/IATF audit experience.
  • Preferred Certifications: ASQ CQE, CRE, CSQE, CSSBB.

  • The expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
