The Role
Monitor manufacturing quality KPIs, inspections, rejections, scrap, and rework. Maintain ISO 9001-based quality documentation, support audits, and close nonconformances, complaints, and corrective actions. Participate in RCA, CAPA, supplier quality activities, supplier audits, FMEA, control plans, PPAP, trial builds, and pilot runs. Prepare quality reports and collaborate with Production, Stores, and Engineering to improve process discipline and reduce defects.

Requirements
• Hands-on manufacturing quality experience (Assembly / Machining)
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 7 QC tools, RCA, CAPA
• Exposure to FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP basics
• Good analytical skills and documentation discipline
• Ability to work closely with Production, Stores, and Engineering
Skills Required
- Hands-on manufacturing quality experience in assembly or machining
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001
- Working knowledge of the 7 QC tools
- Working knowledge of root cause analysis
