Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer for a manufacturing client in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
The Quality Engineer is responsible for carefully monitoring the overall quality of manufactured products, rigorously testing processes and enforcing uncompromising quality standards. The engineer is also responsible for creating detailed documentation, designing strict quality tests, and setting clear criteria for test results. Quality Engineers maintain high-quality standards and decisively address any issues that arise.
Base Salary: $100,000 - $115,000

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two years of experience with Quality Management Systems, including managing internal audits.
- Project management experience.
- Experience supporting an Engineered to Order (ETO) environment.
- Experience leading management reviews.
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D, PFMEA, Control Plans, APQP, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience supporting new product introductions or manufacturing process improvements.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Do you have two or more years of experience performing quality audits and QMS documentation?
- Do you have two or more years of experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval?
