We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to be part of making this to happen.

Position Overview and Objective

As a Senior Quality Engineer integrated within our cloud engineering teams, you'll drive quality excellence across the full software development lifecycle, working as a technical contributor who shapes product reliability from requirements through deployment. This is not a traditional QA role - you're a collaborative partner alongside developers, ensuring scalable, secure backend systems meet customer security needs.

  • Build and maintain sophisticated test environments and cloud infrastructure

  • Write automated tests for microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures

  • Debug complex integration issues across multi-service environments

  • Develop custom testing tools and adapt existing tools to suit the team's testing needs

  • Setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing and quality gates

  • Author and review comprehensive test plans, identifying testing opportunities the development team may have missed

  • Partner with development teams from day one of feature development with a customer-focused mindset

  • Customer-focused approach to testing and quality validation

  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration across global time zones

What You Bring

Technical Expertise:
  • 4-8 years in quality engineering with experience integrated within development teams

  • Programming Skills: Python for test automation frameworks, with understanding of C#/.NET applications being tested

  • Testing Frameworks: Experience with Python testing frameworks (pytest, unit test) for testing .NET applications

  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on AWS experience with infrastructure as code

  • API & Integration Testing: Experience validating REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems built on .NET using Python automation

  • CI/CD: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar automation platforms

  • Understanding of Cybersecurity principles and cloud security best practices

On-Camera Policy

To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews. Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers. We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use. If this applies, candidates are required to notify us in advance so we can explore appropriate accommodations.
