OUR TEAM

Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial uses. With ongoing investment into research and development, we produce some of the world’s most high-performing guided weapons and explosive ordnance systems. And being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise.

YOUR ROLE

• Assure quality throughout the production lifecycle.

• Embedding quality requirements and objectives for the production manufacturing processes and working to ensure they are upheld.

• Proactively work with bid, project, production and support functions to improve product quality through problem solving (e.g. RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assure lessons learnt are captured and managed.

• Engage with the Customer representatives on quality matters.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

•  Proven experience working in Quality Assurance or Quality Control role in a senior capacity.

• Experience with manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management System(s).

• Ability in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Must be an Australian Citizen due to security clearance
