BlackStone eIT is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and validation processes. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to develop effective testing strategies, create test plans, and execute tests that identify bugs and issues before product releases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Expertise in both manual and automated testing processes.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
- Strong understanding of API testing and proficiency with tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Ability to write and execute clear and comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
