We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to support QA, testing, and defect management activities for the clients healthcare IT projects. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Trenton, NJ.
What You'll Do
Analyze and validate business, clinical, and technical requirements (BRDs, FRDs, design documents)
Perform test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management
Manage end-to-end defect lifecycle including triage, RCA, retesting, and closure
Support UAT planning, coordination, defect tracking, reporting, and sign-off
Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
Test healthcare applications and validate against compliance standards
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience as a QA/Test Analyst in healthcare IT
Experience with Waterfall & Agile; all SDLC phases
Experience with JIRA, HP ALM/Quality Center, Azure DevOps
Experience with UAT support and reporting
RTM development and maintenance
Healthcare testing and compliance knowledge (HIPAA, HL7/FHIR)
Preferred:
Experience with automation tools (Selenium, UFT)
Basic scripting skills (Java, Python, JavaScript)
Basic SQL for data queries
Experience testing system integrations using HL7/FHIR
Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps dashboards and reporting
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor

$30 - $40 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
