Job Summary

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for leading quality assurance activities and ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Lead quality assurance activities and projects.

  • Conduct software testing to identify and resolve defects.

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases.

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Perform test automation and software quality assurance (SQA) activities.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact software quality.

  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the quality assurance team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Preferred: Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience

  • Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.

  • Preferred: Experience in leading quality assurance activities and managing quality assurance projects.

The Compensation range for this role is 13,000zl up to 14,500zl per month or 176,000zl annually and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This will be based on your background and skills alignment with the role.
We require all persons hired to verify identity and eligibility to work in Poland and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
The successful individual must be authorised to work in Poland for any employer and must all be a current resident in Poland.
