Key Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive manual testing efforts for complex new features by creating robust test plans, design detailed test cases, and perform rigorous exploratory, functional, and regression testing . Leverage AI tools to identify edge cases, improve test coverage, and enhance defect reporting
• Spearhead and champion test automation within our Agile development process, taking full ownership of test design, development, maintenance, and enhancing scalable automation frameworks, while identifying opportunities to leverage AI to reduce repetitive testing activities
• Innovate our testing lifecycle by integrating AI tools and techniques to optimize test generation, execution, and defect analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust end-to-end test automation suites using Selenium and/or Playwright.
• Apply your solid understanding of QA processes, best practices, and testing methodologies to deliver high-quality software releases
• Apply your proven experience to test complex, high-traffic, enterprise-scale applications, ensuring they meet strict performance and security standards.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to understand requirements, prioritize defect resolution, and prevent bugs early in the cycle.
• Mentor junior QA engineers by promoting testing best practices, automation standards, and AI-driven quality engineering approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in Software Quality Assurance with solid knowledge of modern Web Application Testing and solid knowledge of API Testing (using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or Swagger)
• Deep, hands-on experience designing, extending, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using C#/.NET with Selenium, Playwright, or similar modern tools and technologies, including Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks such as Reqnroll, SpecFlow, or Cucumber.
• Hands-on experience using Git and GitHub for source control, code collaboration, branching strategies, and pull request workflows
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and Xray for test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• A proven capability in utilizing AI platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude Code, Atlassian Rovo or AI-specific testing tools) to accelerate test design, automation development, defect analysis, documentation, and overall QA productivity.
• A comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• A proven track record of working on large-scale, complex enterprise software products.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate defects clearly, document AI strategies, and collaborate globally.
