JOB SUMMARY
This job performs complex Business Systems testing and analysis tasks on business system implementation, enhancements and change requests with minimal supervision and wide latitude for independent judgment. The incumbent reviews the work of other Business Systems Testing/Quality Analysts. Acts as a subject matter expert on team, and provides training, mentoring, and direction for other Business Systems Testing & Quality Analysts. The incumbent may be responsible for one, or more of the following; develops test scripts and cases, performs usability testing to ensure compliance/quality with system design and business/regulatory requirements, documents results, and discusses findings with management team. Creates and/or runs complex system reports that extract data for use in the analyses. Performs data analysis, to determine business issues, trends, and identify risks / issues with key processes or requirements. Participates and/or leads problem solving sessions to correct identified issues and/or concerns.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform complex Business Systems testing and analysis tasks on business system implementation, enhancements and change requests with minimal supervision and wide latitude for independent judgment. Conduct one, or more of the following; develop test scripts and cases, perform usability testing to ensure compliance/quality with system design and business/regulatory requirements, documentation of results, and discuss findings with management team.
- Perform data analysis, to determine business issues, trends, and identify risks/issues with key processes or requirements.
- Create and/or run complex system reports that extract large amount of complex data used in analyses to identify issues and trends. Create training material/process improvements to reduce and/or eliminate issues.
- Participate in problem solving sessions to correct identified issues and/or concerns.
- Mentor Business System Testing & Quality Analysts and review the work of other Business Systems Testing/Quality Analysts. Act as a subject matter expert on team, and provide training and direction for other analysts.

EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology or closely related discipline

Pay Range Minimum:
$57,700.00Pay Range Maximum:
$107,800.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
