Primary Responsibilities:
- Execution of test cases to ensure it confirms business requirement
- Create defects and track it till closure
- Ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, while meeting all project-related deadlines
- Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ
- Work independently on projects, where tasks are self-determined and not specifically assigned
- Work with business partners, systems analyst, designers and programmers to create / analyze required project documents and ensures that quality assurance processes are incorporated
- Work closely with the Project Team to identify risks and UAT scope early in the project lifecycle
- Build positive professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of testing/development/ Routing configuration experience on Contact Center platforms like Amazon Connect, CX One, Genesys, etc.
- 4+ years of experience on Cyara Voice Automation Testing Tool
- Solid hands-on testing/development/ Routing configuration experience on Contact Center Platform
- Experience of any contact Center Platform - Amazon Connect, Genesys, CXone
- Experience in Creating Test Scenarios , Test Cases from Call Flow Visio Diagrams
- Good experience in developing and automating test cases using Cyara
- Experience in Software Testing and User Acceptance Testing
- Understanding of Contact center architecture
- Flexibility with working on USA overlap shift timings
- Proven solid communication skill
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SQL and Agile methodology
- Working knowledge of CA Rally
- Knowledge on Agile methodologies
