Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement Test Automation for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our agile teams
- Ability to understand and scope requirements and prepare test scenarios test conditions and test cases
- Ability to understand and design Automation Framework
- Develop overall test strategy test estimates and plan the testing effort and strategy required for each application project based on the development approach and timeline
- Work with Project Managers to track and report testing milestones Notify Management of project related risks associated with automated testing impacts and delays
- Provide project status reports with supporting regression testing metrics on a regular basis
- Assist with creating and maintaining manual and automation support documents surrounding standards policies procedures and metrics
- Works with less structured, more complex issues
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech
- 4+ years of overall experience with solid technical background and at least 3+ years of experience working in Test Automation development
- Hands-on in-depth experience of Selenium
- Experience working with the CI/CD and DevOps
- Experience of Developing, implementing and maintaining Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios , Test Cases and Test Summary documentation
- Good amount of experience in Automation Framework Designing Executing and maintaining automated test scripts using automation tool Selenium, exposure to Jenkins and Other automation environments
- In-depth knowledge implementing test automation at a framework design level using either Selenium
- Solid working knowledge of TDD and BDD frameworks
- Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments
- Proficient working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
- Knowledge on Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker
- Solid analytical and organizational skills
- Solid leadership and coordination skills
- Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at both an individual and team level
- Good understanding with Test/Data/process Driven framework
- Comfortable with REST API's and Jenkins pipeline
- Good in understanding business requirements and convert them into Test Script
- Expert with automation tool like Selenium /Playwright
- In depth knowledge of testing Web and Desktop based applications, Familiarity with SDLC quality standards and test methodologies

Skills Required
- B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech degree
- 4+ years overall experience with at least 3+ years in Test Automation development
- Hands-on, in-depth experience with Selenium
- Experience with Playwright (expert with automation tool like Selenium/Playwright)
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Developing and maintaining Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Summary documentation
- Designing, executing, and maintaining Automation Frameworks
- Familiarity/exposure to Jenkins and automation environments
- Solid working knowledge of TDD and BDD frameworks
- Thorough understanding of SDLC and automated QA processes in Agile environments
- Proficient with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server
- Knowledge of Maven, GitHub, and Docker
- Comfortable with REST APIs and Jenkins pipelines
- Good analytical, organizational, leadership, coordination, and communication skills
