Job Summary

The Senior Service Quality Analyst operates with a high degree of autonomy to design, execute, and refine complex quality review programs across P&C servicing. This role independently identifies audit needs, develops methodologies, and applies multiple audit techniques to evaluate service accuracy, compliance, and process effectiveness. The Senior Service Quality Analyst analyzes trends, identifies root causes of recurring issues, and delivers actionable insights that drive operational improvement and enhance client experience. This position collaborates with Service Leadership, Operations, and Compliance to ensure the continuous improvement of quality standards and procedures.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Independently identify audit needs and design audit programs aligned with business

  • objectives.

  • Execute complex, multi-dimensional audits with minimal supervision.

  • Apply multiple audit methodologies (e.g., targeted reviews, random sampling, root cause analysis, and trend analysis).

  • Lead process-level audit creation, documentation, and reporting.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of recurring issues and propose sustainable corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service accuracy and compliance.

  • Develop and maintain audit templates, dashboards, and quality metrics.

  • Mentor peers and support team skill development through audit knowledge sharing.
