You are responsible for ISO Management System, ISO Document control, Customer requirement compliance, Product Compliance requirement from company group and local regulations tracking for improvement. Also give editorial support to colleagues who are creating and updating Quality documents related to the company’s Quality, Sustainability, and Safety System Management
You are also responsible for maintaining, implementing, and improving the organization’s quality management systems and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. This role involves monitoring and auditing internal processes, leading quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and coordinating with various departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- 1 ISO Management System and ISO Document control.Ensure proper documentation of corrective actions, safety drills, and risk mitigation activities.
- 2 Support in the creation, updating and maintenance of ISO-approved written work procedures in the documentary system, complies with the organization and management rules.
- 3 Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure all quality control procedures are followed. This includes conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits of facilities and work processes.
- 4 Maintain quality and safety records and present the performance metrics to senior management , regulatory bodies, and external audits.
- 5 Conduct incidents, accidents, and near-misses investigation. Ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent reoccurrence.
- 6 Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging staff to actively participate in identifying potential risks and quality concerns.
- 7 In-charge of building maintenance, ensure our buildings are in safe and good working condition. This includes carry out daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly maintenance check
- 8 Ability to source suppliers that can provide best cost and quality service to our needs (eletrical / airconditioning / plumbing / roofing / recycling / waste / CCTV etc)
- 9 To manage and maintain high service quality from all building service suppliers.
- 10 Ability to attend to maintenance or emergency situation work on site office during rest day or off day to collaborate and supervise site repair work by supplier in accordance to our premise standard and service required. Replacement leave shall be arrange during such situation or arrangement (ie. Fire alarm triggered / contractor repair work )
- 11 To be part of the IS/QSS team to support Malaysia IS team from time to time if Singapore IS is unable to resolve issues remotely
- 12 To assist in IS activities from time to time that cannot be completed remotely
Skills Required
- Experience in ISO Management System and Document Control
- Expertise in quality management systems
- Conducting internal audits and inspections
- Ability to promote continuous improvement
- Supervising building maintenance services
