Senior QC Automation Engineer (Selenium and Agile Methodologies)

Software Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices
• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Overall Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases for software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using various tools
• Analyze and report defects in software applications
• Participate in Agile development processes and provide feedback on software quality
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies

Technical Skills:

Manual and Automation Testing:

• Experience in manual testing, including test case creation and execution
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, and others
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases for various software applications

Defect Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze software applications to identify and report defects
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified defects

Agile Methodologies:

• Participate in Agile development processes
• Provide feedback on software quality during Agile sprints

Tools and Technologies:

• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
• Stay current with the latest testing tools and technologies

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and automation
• Experience in both manual and automation testing
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Design and execute test cases for software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using various tools
• Analyze software applications to identify and report defects
• Participate in Agile development processes and provide feedback on software quality
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
