What You'll Do ?
Design and execute comprehensive manual testing strategies for our AI powered SaaS platform, website and all supporting tools and applications as required or specified time to time.
Establish robust QA processes and testing frameworks from the ground up.
Lead quality initiatives across development cycles, ensuring our platform meets the high standards our enterprise clients expect.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to identify and resolve issues early.
Mentor and guide team members on QA best practices (formal team management not required)
Create detailed test documentation and maintain quality metrics.
Review requirements and write test cases.
What We're Looking For ?
4-6 years of hands-on QA experience with a proven track record in SaaS environments.
Process builder mindset - you've successfully set up QA processes and frameworks before.
Solid understanding of Jira/Azure DevOps for tracking bugs, features, and stories.
Experience with cross platform and browser testing.
SaaS expertise - deep understanding of cloud-based software testing challenges and methodologies.
Managing teams - comfortable guiding others and driving quality initiatives (formal management experience is a plus but not mandatory).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with enterprise software, api testing and complex data workflows is a bonus.
