We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality initiatives across our products. You will combine hands-on testing expertise with mentorship and cross-team collaboration to ensure high-quality releases. You will play a key role in shaping test strategy, improving automation, and partnering with stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
• Lead design and execution of manual and automated testing strategies.
• Develop and maintain automated tests (Cypress/JavaScript).
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure testability.
• Participate in planning, grooming, and design reviews.
• Analyze defects and provide insights to improve software quality.
• Mentor QA engineers and support team development.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong experience with test automation (Cypress/JavaScript).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
• Performance or security testing experience.
• Experience with observability tools.
• Experience with Load testing.
