We’re looking for a hands-on Senior QA Manager to join our talented and passionate team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every release meets the highest quality standards, from early concept to global launch.

As the quality owner for one of our largest mobile puzzle games, you’ll drive release quality, establish scalable QA processes, push test automation forward, and work closely with developers, product managers, and external QA partners to deliver a world-class player experience.

Your Role:
  • Ensure high-quality releases through effective test planning, execution, regression testing, and staged rollout support

  • Define practical QA coverage for devices, OS versions, store builds, SDKs, ads, IAPs, analytics, and remote config

  • Identify, prioritize, and document issues with clear, actionable bug reports

  • Drive QA automation and continuously improve testing efficiency and coverage

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and external QA partners

  • Monitor live quality, investigate crashes, ANRs, performance issues, and prevent regressions

  • Provide clear release readiness assessments and go/no-go recommendations

  • Maintain test documentation, release reports, and changelogs in Jira & Confluence

  • Champion a quality-first mindset across the team

Your profile:
  • Mobile or instant games as your primary QA domain for 5+ years, ideally on live-operated F2P titles

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Hands-on experience with IAP flows, ad mediation, ATT/consent frameworks, and attribution SDKs

  • Experience with QA automation, Unity games, and modern QA tools and workflows

  • Experience with crash reporting and monitoring tools (e.g. Firebase, Crashlytics, DataDog), and strong understanding of mobile stability issues: crashes, ANRs, and freezes

  • Proven experience building or owning a mobile QA automation framework (e.g. Appium, Unity Test Framework)

  • Strong understanding of mobile game telemetry, analytics validation, and event tracking

  • Experience working with external QA vendors or distributed QA teams

  • Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools to improve testing, documentation, and QA efficiency

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills

  • Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional player experiences

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of mobile or instant games experience as a primary QA domain, ideally on live-operated free-to-play titles
