Senior QA Engineer
Join us as a Senior QA at Dedalus, one of the world’s leading healthcare technology companies, and be part of our Product Engineering & Technology team in Chennai, India. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact healthcare solutions by ensuring quality and performance of our global product portfolio.
What you’ll achieve
As a Senior QA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our Patient Portal (PXCS application). You will work closely within Scrum teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
You will:
Develop deep expertise in PXCS functionalities
Ensure and continuously improve product quality and performance
Design, execute, and maintain test cases, plans, and reports
Analyze test coverage and enhance testing effectiveness
Collaborate closely with developers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
Contribute to test automation initiatives
Perform integration and release cycle testing
Provide 3rd level support for complex customer issues
Support knowledge sharing and mentor team members
Ensure regular reporting of QA activities and progress

What you’ll bring
Essential Requirements
6 - 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance
Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies
Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test reports
Good knowledge of SQL and ability to retrieve/analyze data
Strong understanding of at least three platforms: Windows, Linux, Android, or iOS
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Desirable Requirements
ISTQB or equivalent certification
Experience in test automation
Exposure to healthcare applications or workflows
Ability to understand complex system architectures
Strong collaboration and communication skills
