Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a passion for quality assurance and innovation. In this role, you will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle—from requirements analysis, test planning, test execution, and defect tracking through product delivery and maintenance—with a strong focus on leveraging automation and AI-driven testing strategies to elevate quality standards.
What You Will Deliver

• Promote and practice QA excellence within the assigned scrum team.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, document, coordinate, and execute testing efforts for any deliverables.
• Set clear goals and manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of QA methodologies and processes.
• Champion the integration of AI-powered and automation-driven testing tools to enhance efficiency, coverage, and accuracy,
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to embed AI-assisted quality checks early in the development cycle.

Who You Are

• Solid understanding of QA/testing processes end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes, testing types, techniques, tools, and QA methodologies; familiarity with Jira.
• Experience implementing and maintaining automation test frameworks using tools like Selenium and Appium (Android & iOS).
• Skilled in API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or Rest Assured.
• Experience or interest in AI-driven QA practices,
• Familiarity with test management tools.
• Experience working in Agile SCRUM teams.
• Exposure to performance and/or security testing (preferred but not mandatory).
